Lycoming County Genealogical Society
Located in the Taber Museum in Williamsport, PA, the Lycoming County Genealogical Society acts as a nucleus of information between several cemeteries, different recordkeepers, and genealogical experts. Call them between 12-4pm Tuesday-Friday at (570) 326-3326.
James V. Brown Library
Wildwood Cemetery is proud to eternally house James V. Brown, the founder of this library. Within its beautiful walls is the Pennsylvania Room, which can be accessed by request. Researchers can find year books, genealogical collections, and everything in between here. You can also access their digital archives here.

The Lycoming County VA keeps extensive records and information regarding many veterans buried in our area, and can assist with finding the deceased or leading you to the correct representative at the respective establishment to get you your answer.
Department of Vital Statistics
The Department of Vital Statistics receives information regularly from funeral homes, cemeteries, and any mortuary service in the state of Pennsylvania. Because of this, they act as a hub of information from which the public may request information. However, inquiries are subject to a delay of several weeks.
