Wildwood has over 160 years of experience in burial preparation. Our grounds were designed to accommodate a wide range of interment options. Let our caring staff help you in your decisions. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step breakdown of what to do, how to do it, and how Wildwood can help.

Burial Properties

In-Ground Burials

Grave spaces (4 feet wide by 10 feet long parcels) can be purchased individually or as full, family lots with multiple graves. With over 60,000 interred in our hallowed grounds, Wildwood has plenty of spaces available for you and your loved ones to choose from.

We allow up to 4 burials on a single grave space; 3 urns and 1 casket. Headstones can have a maximum footprint of 30″ by 16″ for a single space. Contact our office for current lot pricing.

Alternative Interment

From cremation niches and full body crypts to our new Green Burial Section, Wildwood has options to meet your stylistic and financial needs.

Cremation niches are large above-ground granite cabinets with individual compartments on which either bronze markers or laser-engraved plaques may be placed. The spaces are about 1 foot cubed, and can accommodate up to 3 urns (dependent on urn size).

Full-body crypts are quite like the cremation niches, but on a much larger scale. These spaces are designed to hold 1 casket; on the outside granite plaque, a bronze marker can be installed- these cost thousands of dollars less than your average headstone.

Our Green Burial Section is nestled in the sprawling woodlands on the boundary of East Wildwood. You can rest easy knowing the pin oaks and sugar maples will provide an eternal respite for you or your loved ones. With no manmade materials allowed in the burial, this is our most eco-friendly option. Contact our office on current pricing for any of these options.

Cremations

Wildwood Cemetery began providing cremation services in 1972, making it the first crematory in Lycoming County. We provide cremation services for local funeral homes, with a NFDA certified crematory operator on staff. For more information, contact our office and speak with a staff member.
