If our office has quoted you an amount and asked you to pay online, you can do that here by credit or debit card.

- In the Quantity box, enter the whole-dollar amount you were quoted (for example, enter 250 to pay $250.00).
- A 3% card processing fee is already included in the amount our office quotes you — you do not need to add anything extra.
- Complete checkout with your name and card details. You’ll receive an email receipt.
